Endure the Abuse and Don"t Pass It on

HOW TO BE A WINNER IN LIFE, A SURVIVOR! What is Abuse? 1.
Physical- 2.
Emotional - Calling names etc 3.
Spiritual - no love or caring, no support, no encouragement, no opportunities 4.
Physiological - Not being treated like a human being WHAT IS THE TRUTH ABOUT ABUSE? Abuse is inflicted by someone who is evil, or someone who has been abused themselves and learned this way of treating people, or someone stupid who seems to be unaware of the consequences or results of their abuse as well as someone who is beyond feeling, who is evil.
HOW DO YOU SURVIVE ABUSE? 1.
ENDURE IT - Don't let abuse destroy you! Be a fighter against it by not allowing the person inflicting the abuse to win out - to break your spirit.
Separate yourself from it mentally.
(In Your mind).
Take your spirit away from the situation.
Pray for strength.
(Read the book "A Child Named It".
Physically get away from it if you can! 2.
DON'T ADOPT THE ABUSE YOURSELF AS A PART OF YOU - Act, don't - react.
Don't stoop to the abusers level.
Be above them and smarter than them and more in control.
Be strong.

HOW DO YOU STOP ABUSE FROM BECOMING SOMETHING YOU DO? 1.
You pray, Ask God to help you and to give you strength, wisdom and knowledge and understanding of what is going on.
Ask him to separate you mentally from what is happening.
Ask Him to help you learn forgiveness by learning compassion for the sick abuser and not to let that disturbed person destroy you.
Try to understand the abuser, maybe they were abused as a child.
This doesn't make it right but it helps you understand why they do what they do.
For some abusers - there is no reason - they are controlled by evil.
They have an evil spirit.
Ask God to show you how this evil experience can lead you to doing something good in the future.
Discover what you can learn from it and how you should use it in a helpful way, in the future for someone else.

You talk to someone.
You never keep the abuse a secret.
Talk to a teacher or a minister or a friend or a friends parent or the police.
3.
You recognize the truth! The truth is that the abuser is sick or possessed with an evil spirit.
They are taking their own pain out on you.
They are mentally ill.
You must keep in control of your own life and thoughts.
Viktor Frankl wrote a book"Man's Search for Meaning.
" He was a prisoner, in a Nazi prison camp, for 3 years and observed some of the men there going through horrible abuse but still shared their last piece of bread with others and cared for others.
He learned this truth - the one truth you must believe and adopt into your life - We all have one freedom that can never be taken away from us- The Freedom to Choose our Own Attitude in Any Given Circumstance.
"You Can Choose How You Will Feel About the Abuse and How It Will Affect You and What You Will Do With It! 4.
CHOOSE TO USE THE ABUSE AS MOTIVATION TO HAVE A BETTER LIFE.
a.
Create a happy life for yourself.
b.
Learn to love others and give them what you didn't have.
c.
Learn to love yourself.
d.
Understand that this abuse can be the reason you will end up with a better life because itcan motive you toward your potential and toward making a good difference in the world, if you choose.
e.
Share your experiences with others that are abused and help them survive.
Be a good example of someone that overcame and found success in his or her life, in spite of the abuse.
5.
NEVER, EVER PASS ON THE ABUSE.
Let the abuse stop with you.
YOU stop the destroying cycle and start a new healthy cycle for yourself and your family.
You be the example of what goodness and caring and kindness is.
You be the one who saves others from abuse by helping them.
Make this a positive experience for your future by learning and growing from it so you can have a good life yourself and help others, and even find a way to stop this kind of abuse.
